From tender inception to handover, our digital-first processes enable us to deliver with precision, economy, quality and of course safety on every project. At each project phase we utilise a range of technology and AI tools to help us review and ensure consistent alignment with client requirements.
Pre-Construction
Over 75 years of experience and expertise, combined with the latest systems and technology, enable us to anticipate and address the issues that could affect the success of your project.
We analyse design models to uncover risks early, then bring plans to life through VR reviews and 4D sequencing. Site logistics and digital rehearsals create clarity before work begins. This approach transforms planning into foresight, ensuring every decision is grounded in data and collaboration.
Coordination
Ongoing, effective and seamless communication, informed by readily accessible data, is critical to success.
We prioritise regular meetings, milestones and analytical reviews using the latest technology, ensuring open dialogue and, constant access to actionable information. We embrace digital buildability reviews and graphical coordination to foresee challenges before they reach site. Issues, RFIs, and QA/QC are tracked in real time, creating transparency and accountability. Client visual reviews turn plans into shared understanding.
Setting-Out – Build
Accuracy is critical. We collaborate with design and engineering teams, and deploy the latest technology to ensure accuracy from the outset.
Precision starts with data. We set out directly from 3D model files, ensuring design intent flows seamlessly to site. Ground control validation anchors accuracy, reducing rework and uncertainty. This digital approach transforms layout into a science.
Progress Tracking
Keeping complex projects on track requires scheduled reviews characterised by rigour, discipline and honesty, and informed by the most accurate data.
We capture site reality on mobile devices and sync it directly to the 3D model. Visual dashboards and BI tools reveal performance at a glance, while AI‑driven measurement adds predictive insight—empowering teams to act early and keep projects on track.
Validation
We prioritise collaboration with all our project stakeholders – our client, design partners, construction team and trade contractors, ensuring every project is delivered to the exceptional standards you demand, with no surprises.
This means constantly verifying reality through digital eyes, capturing site conditions with drones and 360° cameras, then automatically analysing point clouds against design intent. BI reporting turns data into insight, while VR reviews immerse clients in their asset before completion.
Driving Change
We are committee members of the Build Digital Project, a government driven initiative to transform construction in Ireland through digital enablement. We collaborate on the Standards Pillar, developed to review and interrogate established global standards and propose appropriate solutions for the Irish construction market. This overall initiative feeds into and supports Project Ireland 2040.
